- Add item to cart
You can purchase items from Datsumo Labo E+Shop without registering an account. However, please note that it is mandatory to register an account for Home Edition rentals.
You can register in advance or during checkout. Registering as a member gives you access to periodical coupons, special discounts and you can track your order status any time you like.
- Check your cart & cart contents
You can check your cart by clicking the white button on the right side of your screen. The cart contents will show and after confirming your items and pricing is correct, please check “Continue Shopping” to continue browsing our E+shop or “Checkout” to proceed to payment.
If you have a coupon code, you can apply the code at the checkout page.
- At checkout page
If you have an account and not yet logged in, you can do so before checking out so that it captures your order status. Except for Home Edition rentals, you do not need an account to complete your purchase.
We currently accept credit card payments via Stripe or Paypal, including Paypal payments.
- Regarding orders
Orders & shipment details cannot be changed or cancelled after payment has been completed. Please ensure that your cart contents are correct before proceeding with payment. After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with the address entered during account registration during checkout for guests. Order details can also be checked from your account page.
- Order Status
You can check your order status here if you have not registered an account with us. Otherwise, login to your account to check the status of your order under the tab “Order”.
Shopping Cart / Order Limit
Items added to your shopping cart uses browser cookies and will remain there as long the cookies are not cleared.
Each product cannot exceed one (1) quantity during each purchase.
For rental, you are not able to subscribe to another rental while currently renting another device.
Payment & Promo Codes
Datsumo Labo E+Shop currently accepts credit card payments (Visa/Master) using Stripe and Paypal or Paypal payments using Paypal account.
If you are facing problems with your payment, please contact us via whatsapp or email.
Promo and discount codes can be applied at the checkout page.
Click on the “Have a coupon?” button and a drop-down will appear for you to insert the coupon code.
Please ensure that your discount code meets all the conditions required (code expiry, min spend, applicable products)
Discount codes cannot be applied after a payment has been made, and strictly no cashback/reimbursements will be made for the discount portion. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
Shipment & Delivery
Shipping is free within Singapore unless stated otherwise.
Datsumo Labo uses Ninjavan or Singpost for our deliveries with a tracking number, which will be updated to users once it is shipped out. If you have any shipping preference or requests, please let us know via whatsapp before you place your order.
Faulty Product / Returns / Exchanges
Datsumo Labo E+shop does not accept product returns and refunds.
For faulty products, please check below for exchange policy.
Datsumo Labo E+shop offers exchange for faulty products or wrong item within 1 month of purchase. Please submit a ticket with regards to your product you wish to exchange with details.
After the ticket is submitted and approved, exchange can be done directly at our Somerset Branch or you may mail the product back to us at your own cost. Please inform us in advance if you are mailing the product to us.
- Datsumo Labo E+shop uses Ninjavan and Singpost for our domestic delivery (customers are not able to choose). For overseas delivery, please enquire with us directly via email.
- The 1st delivery is free of charge for domestic delivery. Subsequent delivery costs due to customer negligence shall be borne by the customer.
- Product will be delivered after 2-3 days of payment confirmation. *delays might occur due to COVID-19 measures currently in place
- All of our shipment comes with tracking, which will be updated to the customer when it is shipped out.
- After the product has been shipped out, Datsumo Labo E+shop is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during delivery. Please correspond with the logistic company directly for these matters.
